- Please complete the form on our website to send us an inquiry, or contact us by e-mail info
ekajaki.pl or phone +48 510 808 333. You can also visit us personally in our office. - We will reply to your booking as soon as possible, by e-mail or fax, to confirm the date of your trip, the number of participants and the overall cost of the trip.
- Please send a return e-mail to us if you accept the arrangements and price. You will be asked to make a deposit of 30% of the cost of the trip to our bank account within 7 days.
- The reservations only become valid after you accept the terms of the equipment rental and trip, and the deposit is made.
- If the deposit is not made within 7 days, the reservation and price become invalid.
- The person making a reservation for the boating equipment or trip by e-mail, phone or internet portal www.ekajaki.pl is hereinafter referred to as the Hirer.
- The Hirer is solely authorized to make any changes in the arrangements which have been earlier confirmed with ekajaki.pl
- The remaining balance on the cost of the trip should be paid no later than on the day when the trip starts.
