When booking a trip we require a deposit. We provide the account number only after you accept the costs and terms – by clicking the acceptance link we send in the offer. We accept two payment methods:
Directly to our account – the account number and payment deadline are in the offer and after clicking the acceptance link.
Handled by PayU (Allegro Group) – the largest payment system in Poland. You pay directly from your bank, with no extra transfer fees.
These are the only payment methods accepted by ekajaki.pl.
For one-day and weekend trips the deposit is 50% of the price stated in the offer; for multi-day trips (longer than 2 days) it is 30%. If you book less than 7 days before the trip – the full amount is due on booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the trip at the latest, before it starts.
For company and school trips (green schools) we issue a VAT invoice and settle by company transfer. The invoice can be issued to the company, the school, the governing body (municipality) or the parents’ council – as needed. Details are agreed individually in the offer.
