1. Can I send an inquiry by e-mail instead of the form?

Yes. Write to info@ekajaki.pl – give the trip date, number and type of equipment and the chosen section.

2. Can I book by phone?

We do not take reservations by phone – we need a written request (form or e-mail). We are happy to advise by phone: +48 510 808 333.

3. I don’t know which section to choose – can you help?

Of course. We are glad to share our experience – write to info@ekajaki.pl or call +48 510 808 333, and we will help match the route to your skills and expectations.

4. How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better. On the most popular dates (long weekends, holidays) all our equipment can be on the water.

5. What is the minimum number of participants?

We can organise a trip even for one person – you then have to expect a higher cost. For individuals and small groups we recommend our one-day organised trips, where prices are fixed regardless of the number of participants.

6. Can I change the date or number of people after paying the deposit?

Yes, although you have to expect a price change or limited equipment availability. The more time before the trip, the easier we can adapt – in that case please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible.

7. Can I choose a section or river not listed in the form?
